Who Is AV3
AV3 Have been providing Live Visuals and VJing Services for over 18 years. Working with bands such as Orbital and Booka Shade, VJing at events such as Glastonbury, Bestival, South West Four and Many other festivals across the world. More recently AV3 has been providing custom bespoke designed visuals and video systems for companies such as Jaguar, Nokia, Relentless and many more.AV3 was founded by Tom Harding in 1996.
For the last 23 years AV3 has grown significantly in many areas. Born in 1977, Tom Harding grew up in West Cornwall and from an early age had an avid interest in music and media. After taking photography at college, Tom left Cornwall to study a BSc (Hons) in Electronic Imaging and Media Communications at the University Of Bradford. Whilst studying, Tom's interest in visual design led him to work at various festivals in Europe and clubs in the UK producing live visuals to compliment the music. After leaving Bradford, Tom moved to London and whilst expanding AV3's client base, worked in live television, toured with bands and produced promos, music videos and animations for companies such as Bloomberg (London), Flevo Totaal (Netherlands) and MIC (South Africa). Toms latest work has seen him Vjing at Events, festivals and parties across Europe, working with an ever increasing list of bands and DJs, and producing documentaries for clients including The Eden Project, NESTA,The Arts Council and Surfers Against Sewage. Recently Tom has also been sharing his experiences by running specialist courses in VJing, documentary making, and video installations with AV3's educational workshops..
During 2004, Naomi Ross joined AV3.
Born in 1982, Naomi grew up in Saltash, Cornwall. Naomi's background has always been in art. After taking a National Diploma in General Art and Design in Plymouth, specialising in photography, Naomi went on to study a BA (hons) in Media Art at The Swansea Institute Of Higher Education. Whilst studying, Naomi produced work for clients such as Groundswell Dance Company and Remax Estate Agents. Her work has also been shown at public screenings in the Taliesin Arts Centre and The Monkey Bar in Swansea. Naomi's development from sketchwork and paintings through photography to moving image, gives her work a style like no other. WIth her love of music, Naomi liberates her visual talent through VJing.
